Fedora 32 Pulseaudio passthrough not working
#1
Hi I am new no Linux world and trying various disros.  But I've done a lt of research to achieve audio passhrough in Linux distributions. So installed Fedora 32 along with pulseaudio 13 and Pulse volume controller. Maintained all the settings prescribed in WIKI. However, when i play a DTS file after enabling passthrough, there is a loud disturbing audio, but not actual audio. Tried to do the same in VLC and same problem there. Had same problem in Ubuntu as well.

My Config
HTPC - Fedora 32
Graphics : Nvidia Geforce 710
Amp: Harman/kardon
TV: LG - HDMI ARC

Don't use HDMI-ARC, but direct connection to the AVR, please.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
