Hi everyone!
I'm looking to build a gaming pc capable of playing OverWatch on high settings and the upcoming Just Cause 4 on high settings that will also host and transcode all our family's Plex movies remotely.
I'd also like to hold everything in a horizontal case, kindred of a DVD player (I'd also like an optical drive for ripping DVDs blu-rays) with wake on lan. Basically, a gaming/home theatre pc controllable from the couch.
My budget is $1,000. The lower the better.

We're not a particular forum for giving tips on gaming PCs, or for giving tips on building PCs in general.
Besides, any PC that can do hardcore gaming will do HTPC just fine.

As a tip though: I'd wait for the new Nvidia RTX 3070 to be available in the shops.
