Has anybody had luck with getting much 5.1 playing on this device?
I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to codec type etc, but it seems all the 5.1 sources I try to play in Kodi only play from the front speakers. I have Kodi settings to 5.1 and have tried with pass through and without (plus everything in between as far as DTS on/off etc). I even tried using the Android device instead of Kodi one in Kodi Settings, but still nothing.
The Chromecast has Surround turned on, and it works in streaming apps like Netflix
