After recent updates, I cannot play any video on my kodi. After few seconds they all end.

This is my log file when trying to play random video:

Before the update, I had no problems playing any video at all.

It looks like you are playing via pvr.iptvsimple.

I see the following errors...

ERROR: CCurlFile::Open failed with code 0 for http://stroj.beenius.tv:5070/hls/slo1/index.m3u8:

The m3u8 file does exist, so it looks like it is part of the http2 issue due to Cloudflare changes.

Check the OSMC website when v18.9 will be released. We have released Kodi v18.9 today.

Hm, thats my live tv channels, and those are not the problem -> I can play them just fine.

All the live channels (the m3u8) can be played just fine, none of the video fiiles i have on samba can.

Right. You might want to mention that in your first post next time instead of leaving it open to guesswork. Wasted 20 minutes looking into your other error, which you say does not exist. And you did say Any file which is not the case is it?

Check your SMB shares are correctly setup and that there is nothing wrong with the video file.

Sorry about that.

Thats the thing, there were no changes to samba, worked fine before update, file and connection works fine from any other computer. After the latest update to 18.8, I couldnt play any videos anymore.

You are currently using v18.8. What version did you update from?

Have a check of the wiki page here... SMB (wiki) in case you are being caught out by SMB v1 which is not supported. You need to use SMB v2 or v3.

I have auto update turned on, so been always using latest version. Will go play with samba settings I guess. Thank you for your help.

Let us know if adjusting the SMB settings fixes the issue.

If not, another Debug Log with Component Logging enabled with SMB, JSON-RPC, Audio, Video and Database enabled. It might show more info.

Not really sure why this fixed it, but on Kodi under SMB Client, I set the min and max version from None and v3 to v1 and v1, and that fixed it.
