Atmos works fine on the D+ addon.

Edit- Oddly I am not getting any dropout with the Atmos track on The Suicide Squad, yet with WW 1984 and ZS’ Justice League I am.

Yes, there is the same problem, AC3 also loses audio but intermittently after about 40 seconds of playback. dd+ 5.1ch is perfectly fine.

I am using this IA build but am still getting dropouts. But I get your meaning, it's a work in progress. No worries, I can always use the official app (which I hate).

Seems odd it works for some content,but not others. Sounds like the same as in that thread.

I just noticed today that I can't get anything to play in HD. I looked through settings and couldn't find anything to force it.... any ideas?

Are you android l1 secure device? Have you enabled L1 secure device in the addon settings?
Does it give you the hd quality in the quality select dialog and then not work, or just doesn't show the option?

I had thought about the possibility of the freeze being caused by problems in the adaptive inputstream and I looked for help on the forum about it, but I got the following answer: "Not necessarily a problem with inputstream.adaptive. Looking at the log the audio stream gets a 400 response: ERROR: AddOnLog: InputStream Adaptive: Download http://127.0.0.1:52103/https://cmaf.lln... .3/a/a4.mp4 failed with error: 400 After this stream stops downloading any further segments. @matthuisman, is this something that can be fixed? Thanks for all your work on this amazing add-on!

What are you playing when you get that error?
Are you physically in a supported country?

looking at your log from the other thread,
your using Kodi 18.9 LibreELEC 9.2.8 on RPI and IA version 2.4.8
you were actually playing Mulher de Fases S01E13 (A shrink and a surfer)
with audio Portuguese AAC 2 channels and video stream is the h264 960x540
and it looks the audio error occurred about 35s after starting playback

I've just tried the same (on windows 18.9) and played for first 2minutes without issue
Can you test again the same as above, and tell me when the video stops?
If you select the lowest quality - does the same happen?

I tested the video mentioned above with the lowest possible resolution and ended up having the same problem when it reached 1:30... It must be a problem with my equipment (sad to admit it!), but thank you so much for your willingness!

I played the local video in another attempt but this time with success. However when trying to watch a new video with the same specs (ie minimum resolution and aac audio), the problem reappeared. Here is the log: http://ix.io/3vqy
