The solution is simple for kodi You write  dxvk1.9.4  download for  Windows on Google You download opens There are 2 folders 64/32 bit If you have Windows 64 bit  You open and copy folder dll Then find an installation folder of kodi  and pass the dll There  It is best to disable antivirus  I did this thing very glad I fixed it Want you too Hello to everyone from Israel

I'm having the same problem here: Kodi 19.4, Rx 6600xt. If the workaround breaks HDR, should this problem be marked as "solved"?

Caution is v20 - install portable or do profile backup.

This is a test build, which in this case means it's the code from Master branch (which is used to generate the normal nightly builds) with the fix on top.

I see fix is now merged, so anyone wanting to test further it should be within the next v20 nightly build on the 21st April. The fix is also now awaiting merger into Matrix so when complete it will also be available in Matrix nightly builds.

That's fantastic. Is there a release date for 19.5?

You not need wait to v19.5 to have this fix. You can install latest Matrix nightly build now:

https://mirrors.kodi.tv/nightlies/window...ix-x64.exe

Has same version number that v19.4 and same stability + fixes from v19.4
