Hi all.

I couldnt find a solution in kodi or on the web, so i ask you.

I try to record to cassette from kodi.
I go to the folder of the music i wanna play.
I start the first song with the recorder on rec/pause. That makes the rec level find the right level. When thats done, i wanna pause the song and put it back to the beginning of the song. But still paused.

I click pause on tapedeck. Recording starts. After the leader is gone. About 7 seconds in, i wanna start the song in kodi from beginning.
Simple.

But!
When you do anything from the pause state in kodi to the song, it starts playing again.
Mostly with a little hickup of the previous location in the song. When you use the slider while paused, it plays. When you click previous song from paused, It plays.
When i choose timeline and set it to 0 from paused, it plays.
You get the point. It always starts playing again. With the little hickup from the previous location
It should just stay paused!

This makes it very hard to time the recording. And to have a clean beginning of the recording.

I dont know of any other players that do this. Its a very stupid and annoying future.
If its paused. It should just stay paused. Whatever i do.

Is there something i can do about this?
