Can somebody help? Need somebody take care the guys with old system and TV sets.
For 20.1, the app is running because I can close the app by remote but nothing on screen...
The refresh rate is setting at 0, is this related with the issue?

Have some patience please. People have real jobs to do - we are community of users and volunteers here. If someone has an answer to your problem I am sure they will comment here. Continuing to the badger the thread is not conducive to eliciting a positive response from this community.

Actually I have a very similar issue, but different. 

I can always install any version to my SONY 2021 Android TV. But after one or two months, it stops working: nothing happens after the splash screen -- sometime splash screen doesn't even show up. I have tried to forced stop, clear cache, clear data, helped a bit, but none of them solves the problem. wonder what could be the reason?

I had that probelm with the 2020 and 2022 Sony Android TVs, both eventually ran out of storage space. Sounds like you have that issue too.

I bought the SanDisk 64GB Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive to fix the issue, just pop it into ur usb slot and forget it there as its so smalll!
