Hi all,

Kodi version: 2:19.0+git20210219.1315-f44fdfbf67-0+final~focal PPA
Linux version: Pop_OS 20.04 

I'm trying to choose a monitor: Settings -> System -> Monitor.
No matter which monitor is selected (Default, XWAYLAND0, XWAYLAND1), image is always displayed on the default monitor (built-in laptop display).
External display connected to HDMI port is detected, but not used.
Kodi 2:18.9+git20201024.0821-final-0focal works differently, external display connected to HDMI port is selected and used by default, and changing monitor in settings works.
I switched to X11 session and setting monitor also works .

Could I ask you for advice on how to direct the image to the external display on wayland with v19 ?

 What I wrote above about v.18.9 is not entirely true, kodi-wayland binary works like v19 kodi (--windowing=wayland by default). It does not switch to external display, while kodi-x11 does.
