Found resolution 1920 x 1080 with 3840 x 2160 @ 60.000000 Hz

Can someone explain these lines in my Kodi log?

Code:
Found resolution 1920 x 1080 with 3840 x 2160 @ 60.000000 Hz
Found resolution 1920 x 1080 with 4096 x 2160 @ 24.000000 Hz

The display is an Epson 4K projector using Pixel shift. (i know it is not native 4K)
It's EDID supports all 4K modes (VICs), but Kodi only boots into 1920x1080 display.

In order to pass 4K videos to the display I have to change the display to 3840x2160 in Kodi, otherwise they will downscale to 1920x1080.

Not yet...because I figured I would need 3840 x 2160 @ 23.976 also.
But here's the thing...when I switch it to 3840 x 2160 @ 23.976, the ChromaSubsampling changes from 4:2:0 to 4:4:4.
Still trying to figure out why that is occuring.

To answer I own question...
Found out that 4:2:0 is not supported @ 23.976Hz

I've Whitelisted all my displays supported modes and all is well.
