Recently updated to Kodi 19 on Windows 10 and a couple Android 10 devices. Encountered an issue where there is a 3 second delay with the spinning blue circle in the middle of the screen while browsing into a WebDAV server and any sub-directories. Occurs for both dav:// and davs:// and for both ip and domain address. Wiped all app data for testing purposes. Didn't have any issues with Kodi 18.9 or any previous releases v18 releases. Attached log snippet.

Is there a new setting I may have missed that would fix this or is this a bug with Kodi 19?

Question; are you able to scan new content in webdavs or do you get timeout?

Haven't encountered any timeout problems updating content from WebDAV. Every single folder/file query has a 3 second delay so a standard library update that should take 10-15mins now takes 1-2 hours.

Yeh, agreed everything got so much slower in v19. I got the same issue even in smb that it starts to load / thinking circle just randomly popups for 3 seconds even when everything is already bufferd.

I'll think i roll-back til a stable 18.9 :/
