I updated my Kodi from 18.9 to 19 today. Works fine as it should be.
The only problem i have is, that my remote controls (yatse) cant connect anymore to the kodi database.

Is this a known error or something specific for me?

Yatse is a 3rd party remote software tool. Contacting its developer directly is perhaps a better first step to troubleshoot your problem.

This is because Kodi changed the default webserver settings to be more secure, and so on upgrade to v19 your previous settings got reset. You simply need to reconfigure the webserver settings to permit Yatse (or any other app) to  access Kodi.

To do that goto Settings > Services > Control  and either confirm that you want to allow external access to the web server without authentication and password (it will warn against this) or enter a password, and then enable allow remote control  via HTTP.

I have the same problem as icerno - after the upgrade Kodi to 19.1I want to Sync my music Database from my Kodi SQL Server.
In Kodi me showed 2238 Albums in Yatse 0.
But the Video-Data I get in Yatse 
The Remote-control with the App to Kodi works
 
I already send the log-data to the Yatse-Support but they could not help me because they mean this is a connection-problem to the database.

I deinstalled and installed the Yatse app and set new login-data
 
I use a QNAP nas with Kodi Matrix 19.1
MyPHP MariaDB 5.5.57
