Anyone else having issues using Kodi 19 (Matrix) + PKC HTTP DirectStream (default setting)?
Playing a video takes about 5-10 seconds to load, was only 1-2s with Kodi 18 (leia).
Also the video can't be played a 2nd time unless Kodi is restarted. It throws up this popup error
