I recently factory reset my NAS and try to set up just like before again.

But for some reason, Kodi keeps crashes or auto exits after I try to play rmvb file or browse into the folder with rmvb file when have video thumbnail option on in the settings. Other type of files such as mkv or avi etc are all fine. just rmvb file.

I did not have this issue before, couldn't see any solution after Googled. Not sure where I should start with? If there is anyone had similar issue like me in the past.

We don't provide binary packages or support for your NAS.
Kodi 17.x is very outdated and is not supported.
For support please refer to the place you got your Kodi package from which certainly is not here.
