the plugin is there but it says error getting plugin??

Please always provide a _full_ debug log (wiki) file, via a pastebin-like website, so we can have all the pieces (not just the ones you find interesting) for solving your puzzle.

FWIW, googling for the filesmonster add-ons, it gives me various links that suggest it is a piracy-related add-on. But we'll see about that when the full kodi.log is available.
