I would like to know how to create a music playlist with the possibility of resuming reading and visualizing it ? Just like the video.

I can not do the same thing with music.

I doubt it very much.  I haven't looked at the playlist code for a while but IIRC Kodi doesn't save where it is in a playlist when you stop it, or indeed which playlist it was.  Therefore, there isn't currently any way to automatically resume a music playlist.  I guess it would be possible to write an addon in python to keep track of where Kodi is in a music playlist and then have it jump to the required song if you played that playlist again (and it hadn't reached the end).

Can't say I use playlists all that much, so it isn't anything I'd be interested in writing.  There is this, but it's old and not maintained and will probably not work with Matrix but it might provide you with a starting point as it works with both video and music.
