When I activate a macro to turn off my TV and shield, I want it so that it completely exits out of the KODI app first.
What are the buttons you hit to get it to stop the Kodi program and exit it? Not just exit but stop the program from running so that the next time I turn it on, it reloads
I am asking because sometimes the resolution of my TV gets messed up. Sometimes I will come back to KODI and it will be a small scrreen showing or only half the screen at the top of my TV screen with the rest of the TV black. Only unplugging and replugging in the Shield will fix. If I exit the screen is OK with the Shield main menu. But when I go back into KODI remains messed up.
I am thinking that I have not learned how to completely power down KODI and exit and this is why I am asking
