I am also missing Titles for movies from the exact moment I upgraded to 20.
On Movies / Titles page only Titles are missing, other stuff like description, picture and other metadata is ok and visible. If I click on a video source for movies I see all titles correctly, so I think Kodi reads the titles ok. Even when updating library in the notification it displays the correct title of movie that it found.
"Use video tags" is disabled and my movie folders are correctly named.

I enabled debug logging, removed recent 4 movies that were missing the name (there were also others) so the scanner updated them again and restarted kodi.
Four movies that I removed and the naming of files on disk:
"\Movies\Bleach the Movie Memories of Nobody (2006)\[Judas] Bleach - Movie 01 - Memories of Nobody.mkv"
"\Movies\Bleach the Movie The DiamondDust Rebellion (2007)\[Judas] Bleach - Movie 02 - The DiamondDust Rebellion.mkv"
"\Movies\Bleach the Movie Fade to Black (2008)\[Judas] Bleach - Movie 03 - Fade to Black.mkv"
"\Movies\Bleach the Movie Hell Verse (2010)\[Judas] Bleach - Movie 04 - Hell Verse.mkv"

It's because you are using the Universal Movie Scraper. Its been having problems on and off for a few months now because IMDB are trying to block scraping and they are changing design of their website.
