HI there everyone,

I'm new to using kodi so please be kind . So i have been trying to view movies using the addon "kodiverse" and when i try to play them, i get the error : playback failed and the same goes for the addon "venom". Do i have to get a real-debrid account to play the videos? i have been searching since yesterday for an answer.
