I've tested this box and only 1 of the 3 files I tested flashed up as being decoded by my soundbar.
The first atmos file had sound but I'm guessing it was transcoded.
The 2nd file flashed atmos and played as I expected. I'm assuming this is because it's encoded over DD+ ?
The 3rd DTS:X file had sound but guessing it was also transcoded.
I've enabled all the surround sound formats in android sound settings as well as in kodi itself (set it to raw and 2 channels and put the passthrough sliders on)
I was hoping this device could passthrough all audio formats but I'm guessing not. Can someone confirm for me by glancing at the log please?
