There's an option in the builtin command to restrict cleaning to movies/tv shows/music videos which might help in some scenarios.

Is there a JSON method for removing a specific Season or a whole TV Show? I looked in the Web Interface but i don't see a way of removing something from the library.

EDIT:

I found the following

• VideoLibrary.RemoveEpisode
  
• VideoLibrary.RemoveTVShow
  
• VideoLibrary.RefreshTVShow
  

​​​​​​​Which of these methods would allow me to remove all files that no longer exist and have the season updated with the new files for episodes? Obviously without needing to clean as cleaning taking a long time is my issue...

I am thinking RefreshTVShow but will that mess up my associated extended artwork like clearlogos? I seem to recall when doing a refresh, i lose my clearlogo and have to set it manually.
