Yep, i just noticed this also. If one is not closed, the following ones are skipped by xbmc, and it will move onto scanning the next episode, which i think should account for your missing genre/director/date/credits.

I doubt it makes any difference, but you can choose "update library" and "scan for new content" from withing the library, no need to return to filemode for this?

Update Library need to much time for my point of view, but the Scan for new content worked very well.

Should've searched before clicking post.
Already known, not a bug as such, as it would cause speed issues.
