Our system uses a ProVideoInstruments infinium system with HD 1080 encoders to stream rtp with a m3u file.

if we use VLC and chech the rtp stream the signal is good, so ProVideoInstruments tech support says its an issue with kodi/Simple IPTV client.

They are both clear when loaded from VLC

Not sure, have not tried it.  Will have to try to figure out how to check that.

Just update your M3U with the TS and RTMP URLs as new channels. Should be easy enough to do.
