Hello everybody.

Sorry for this topic, but I read a lot and cant find a solution... I know there are a lot of threads and I really tried to read them or google before posting a new one.... But .. well...
I need some help.

The scraper of my choice puts all trailers in a subfolder if each movie named "trailer".
Inside that, I got a video file named like the movie (without appendix -trailer.ext).


Example for Movie File:

Code:


MyMovies\SomeMovie_(2022)\SomeMovie_(2022)_AC3_x265_1080p.mkv

And the Example for this Trailer File:

Code:

MyMovies\SomeMovie_(2022)\trailers\Some_Movie_(2022).mkv

How can I tell KODI, that the movie file inside this subfolder is a trailer and will automatically pick when pushing the trailer button from the Movie Info page...

What will be the right rexexp in the advancedsetting.xml?

You can't.
The trailer needs to be sitting next to the movie file.
