Hello.
I tried both KODI 19.5 Matrix and 20 Nexus with the skin Amber v. 3.4.32 and I have a problem with "posters" in the Tv show item. It does not want to display them... (screen. 1). I also tried the basic skin and there is no problem there.

The poster will be displayed, only in the menu with individual episodes (screen. 2)...

Can someone please advise me?

there may be a compatibility issue with the Amber skin and KODI 19.5/20 Nexus. Have you tried reaching out to the developers of the skin to see if they have any suggestions or updates available? Alternatively, you could try using a different skin that is compatible with the version of KODI you are using.
