GSoC (Google Summer of Code) 2023 organizations announced and can not see Kodi or XBMC in the list of accepted organizations?

As none of the GSOC co-ordinators have answered, I'll answer for them.

Kodi was not an accepted organisation for GSOC 2023.

The reason is unknown and came as a surprise to most of us.
