All of a sudden having problems using this awesome PVR.

Happening on Libreelec and windows machines. I have tried nightlies and still get Playback Failed

anyone else having this problem, i have tried reinstalling libreelec with the nightlies as i said above and also new install of windows 11, same thing is happening

thanks, i has already reinstalled InputStream Helper add-on but will look at the other advice on the page (when i get home)
