[Fma15]

I have a 2019 shield pro. I recently upgraded to the beta of Kodi 21 so dolby vision would work. The dolby vision flag now pops up on my tv, but it's incredibly stuttery. I'm playing my movies with plexkodiconnect. I don't think this is a problem with my set up though because I play the same movie with plex and the movie plays fine.

Actually I restated my Nvidia Shield and now it seems to be working well. I need to more testing, but it seems mostly fine. It's a little buggy, but definitely good enough.
