Hi, I am going to the background settings section of the item/setting a single image background. I look for a jpg or npg file, but it doesn't find it. Does anyone know where I'm going wrong? Thank you very much.

I downloaded the image from Windows, and it works on Kodi for PC, where I can see it. However, the same image on the NVIDIA Shield is not found

Solution found, on Android TV, go to app/Kodi/permissions/files and media content/always allow and not 'allow when in use' so you can see the images. Sorry, maybe you've already discussed it in previous conversations, but I would leave it
