There is an active jailbreak (BlackB0x) for Apple TV3 devices. The last update for ATV3 is TVOS 8. The jailbreak leaves SSH accessible and an install of Kodi 14.2 Helix installed on the device.
I like to repurpose as much tech hardware as possible to save money (and the environment).
Given Kodi is open source, how could I rebuild a latest (or at least v19) Kodi from the source for the ATV3?
Or would someone be willing to do this?
