So I installed the Logitech Harmony One software with Wine. Everything looks good. But when I plug my remote to the USB port nothing happens!

How can I add a new USB device (if that is what I need), or does anyone have another sugestion?

WINE doesn't support direct access to USB devices. Look into Concordance or run the Windows version in a VM.
