looks like you have a ticket for nvidia side of things, even though its obvoiusly the same problem i may raise one indicating it happens with intel drivers too.

looks like i'm limited to uneven core utilisation for now as i can't use 8.04

I am just about to test things with the brand new Jaunty Alpha 2 release (if i can compile xbmc on it...) to see things there.

It is definetaly not video card dependent iisue.
