Ive heard reports that the linux version struggles to thumbnail images quickly?
My Revo arrives monday with extra RAM, ive never touched Linux in my life!
Would someone please be kind enough to point me in the right direction to a guide to install XBMC on it?
Am i wipeing everything from it and starting a fresh with a special linux?? or just adding to the current setup?
Thanks in advance?
I would go with the live version will save you hassle and it works very well.
I installed mine on a 8gb SD card and left the content of the Hard disk alone.
so on default it boots xbmc-live on the SD card or I just hit F12 and tell it to boot from the Hard Drive for windows (not that I have used windows)
Got my self a remote from maplin in the uk Click Here for Details and that works out of the box.
