I used the Microsoft Windows media center remote package that comes with a USB IR receiver that works out of the box with XBMC Live.
All you have to do after that with the Harmony One is to add an extender or xbox in the software and then setup a new activity around that.
With the Harmony One that are various methods to modify so you can enable more functionality like here or here but I havent tried them myself. I wonder if Logitech can be bugged enough to add proper XBMC support.
