Does anyone here know how to fix the live issues with Apple TV, I tried many times even refresh installed Gotham and still cannot get the live stream to work. It works fine with my PC

Yes, I investigated and unfortunately there is no tls/ssl support on android and ios, which means not live streaming on these platforms because nrk/akamai deny any non-ssl requests. See http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=166897 for details. Don't expect it to be fixed in the near future.
There are some possible hacks though. The playlists can be edited and a ssl tunnel can be used (only the playlists are https, the actual stream is http only).

But the App for the iPad does have live streaming, assume that there is some work around to get the stream to XBMC ?

Is there any chance to get the different Piip-show cameras also viewable through XBMC? I love that program, it would be so nice to have it playing on my TV.

With smart DNS service I am able to stream live from another country using a normal Web browser but in this xbmc add on it doesn't work. Is this a known issue?

is it possible to filter all media that is not available in certain countries (like in Germany) and include existing subtitles?
Your add-on is great and I hope it helps me learning Bokmål.

But.. all media is geoblocked...
