[Linux] MediaStream not working
#1
xbmc is running fine and as far as I can tell so is the standard skin (pm3hd).

I'm running ubunto 9.04 (jaunty) and I've installed xbmc 9.04.1-jaunty1 and downloaded Mediastream from http://www.teamrazorfish.co.uk/mediastream.html

I can choose mediasteam in apperance and it starts but that is where things start to go wrong.. There seems to be something wrong with the textures, Here are 3 screenshots showing what I get:

This is what I get when I go into "Movies"

I've tried installing the latest xbmc version from svn but it's still the same.

Don't really know where to go from here, been searching the forums and I can't find anything...

Turns out it was the drivers, or rather the lack of drivers that caused this to happen. For some reason ati decided that they didn't care to support my graphich chip (radeon 2100) on linux and the open source drivers didn't work 100%.

The reason movies wasn't working was most likely just a corrupted db, been installing, uninstalling, switching skins left and right to get things up and running so no wonder it got corrupted...

Anyway, I'm getting a new graphic-card and everything should be fine..

xbmc is great and mediastream makes it even better.
