How do you connect your PC to your HDTV

I am planning to buy an HDTV and use my computer to run XBMC. How do you connect your computer to the TV to get 1080p HD?

I use an HDMI output straight to the tv. I believe there are several graphics cards that have a HDMI out. I'm not sure what the cost of these are. I do know Acer has a PC that does a great job for under $500. I use three of these at my house and haven't had any problems. HD streams to it without any stuttering.

Not trying to sound too provokative.... but just use a HDMI cable? =)

I just got my Zotac ION-ITX-B up and running yestarday and it runs out of the box with SONY and Samsung TV's in 1080P.

Even the bios setup is reachable through the HDMI cable (not in 1080P ofc) =)
So no special drivers or bootup actication needed.
