So, I scan for the movies and get information about them. Then when I'm in the Videos menu and click on my movie soruce it says 186 items. But when I go to Movies it says 184 items. I do know that one is not finally downloaded yet.
But, how can I see which the other is that is not there?

Probably a pain but I'd imagine you could probably open two copies of XBMC on different desktops and viewing them both in filelist view hit page down
switching desktops back and forth until you find the one that doesn't match up. Once you've found this it will be very easy to see what's missing.
I'm sure there are easier ways such as actually having proper nfo files in each movie's individual folder or using a media manager like MIP.
