I searched the forum but couldn't find any solution.

I'm using latest SVN version of XBMC, running as XBMC Live (Linux).

I'm trying to figure out how to seek to a specific time stamp while watching a movie. When typing in a timestamp (either from keyboard or remote), I don't see any response.

How can I seek to a specific time stamp?

It probably just needs mapping in keymap.xml

Compare the keymap in SVN:

http://trac.xbmc.org/browser/trunk/system/keymaps

with what you have.
