I'm also having the same problem since I migrated from ATV2 to Mac Mini. Movies appear in genres, but not full movie list.

For now, XWMM supports only images provided by XBMC scrapers (most of them). I will be adding support for local images but it is tricky (javascript security limitations).

For the issue of downloading images could you try with different browsers (Firefox, IE)?

I tried it in IE, but only get a grey window after logging on.

Firefox loads the window ok. I still can't seem to load the image. It completes the download and I click done, but the image doesn't appear.

Any thoughts?

I can't replicate your problem. Could you confirm your XBMC and XWMM versions.

Hi,

using Eden-Beta1, XWMM 2.03:
Its not possible to add new genres via Tools/Manage Genres. I can click "Add", enter a new genre, on click "Update" the new genre appears for less then one second in the list and then it disappears.

Since updating to Eden beta 1, I can't get XWMM to work. the page loads, but everything's blank, and the movie list on the left simply has the message "loading".

EDIT: Might not have been since upgrading to beta 1, might have been since I converted my library to MySQL.

Any way to fix this?

What version of XWMM are you using ?
Check the xbmc.log file (enable debug) and let us know

Could you post your xbmc.log with debug enabled (via pastebin) ?
There might some info there to figure out why it is not working for you

Also, do you have the same issue with tvshows or music ?

Same issue, Eden Beta, MySql, tv shows show fine. music shows fine. most recent movies show fine, genre movies show fine... the only thing that does not work is movie list.

edit, i can paste bin a debug later , when i get home, but it what i remember is that is says , (for instance 1415 movies) found 1415 movies.. and then nothing.. i tried to edit the script myself to see the differece between the recent and total movies with no luck, but then again its not my specialty

I have the same problem. Some genres that I had previously added before switching to Eden have disappeared from the list and I can't add them back in. Not all of the custom ones have been removed though, just a couple of them.

I'm using firefox 9.0.1 and I can't replicate your problem. It is probably something in my scripts because it does not work with IE 8.
I'll look into it.
