Hi I wonder if someone can help me.

I have just set up XBMC for the first time and must say it brilliant, however i cant see TV Shows under library.

Movies is showing just fine and i have info and fan art for all of them them but I just cant see TV Shows.

I have all my shows in different directorys using the following structure.

d:\TV Stuff\Name Of Show\episode name & number.ext

i have set content on the root folder of my tv shows.

if it is a case of my tv shows needing renaming then fine but what i would like to know is will TV shows only appear when the software finds the right info.

if you follow this structure will work

TV Shows
|----30 ROCK
|_ Season 4
|_ showname s04e01.avi
|_ showname s04e02.avi
|_ showname s04e03.avi

THE problem is if in your structure the .avi files does have the episode name ,for example :

showname s04e03 Stone Mountain.avi

in this case xbmc will not recognize it.
if im wrights is possible to edit some file in xbmc to let it recognise the files with the episode name like the example above.
can anyone help us??

tvdb scraper was down for most of yesterday, that may be the problem.

have you tried scraping your library again?
