That's why I said for some, its pretty necessary if your amp doesn't support hdmi audio Smile

I wasn't trying to push the asrock over the zino I think its important to know all the options available

Edit: I would worry about the fact your zino doesn't like the dx version isn't the GL version going to disappear eventually ?

It is necessary if one has a receiver that does not support HDMI. Depends on the users needs.

Livin, does the Zino have a motorized (like on a desktop) or pop-out tray (like on a laptop) mang?

Also, those numbers don't mean anything to me. Where did you get them? Without a source, that number is an unknown quantity. It's like saying I have 800 milk and you're wondering, cups, litres, gallons?
Use mythicalLibrarian to make a library out of your MythTV files. Leave the recording to MythTV and use XBMC as your library.
