I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm unable to find it.
On my test computer I tested the latest SVN and there all the scrapers are disabled.
How can I enable them?
I would like to continue testing these builds...

Settings -> Add-ons
But the scraping is still very buggy in recent builds, at least for me.

Aha....
That explains why I couldn't find it.
I'm using the "Qualar" skin and this doesn't have this entry (yet).
I will report this!!
