Hey everyone I'm hoping to get some insight from your knowledgeable user base. I'm a new home owner and I'm trying to save some cash by getting rid of the monthly cable bill so I decided to roll my own.
Here's my situation: I want to be able to watch and record live TV OTA. I also want to be able to play any movies or shows that I download through XBMC. I've done a bit of research and I believe an XBMC frontend with a Mythtv backend should do the trick (please correct me if im wrong!

So my question is if I buy this http://www.amazon.com/Zotac-MAG-Intel-NV...roduct_top Will I be able to run both the BE and FE without any issues? or will I need a separate dedicated box for the BE.
Guess I'm really just trying to probe and get pointed in the right direction, if I am way off base please steer me in the proper direction.
