H263 Blu-ray? That's a new one... Blu-ray vid codecs are always H264, VC1, or MPEG2! Unless of course you have re-encoded?
Anyway, a skin will only display the source media flag (DVD, Blu-ray, HDTV, etc) if the source name is part of the filename, i.e. 'Avatar.bluray.mkv'. If that's there and the skin has been coded to show it, then the source flag will appear. In Welo's case, if it's not part of the filename, to prevent an empty space (or the need for a default source flag), the rest of flags will shift over.
