I believe that all artwork and metadata associated with the rom should be located in the rom folder and not centralized to the console with name-correspondence.
I can effectively scrape to the rom-folders, however I would like that data to be interchangeable among other front-ends.
I understand that my request may be difficult to implement. I would appreciate it if you kept the idea in mind though.
