Actually VERY possible.. But a LOT of work is required
you have to add one game at a time with its emulator like you are adding a windows game.
for example
select the exe mame.exe and then for arguments type 1942
One at a time.. scrapping manually
after hours of work you will have 1 list containing all systems and games
