I was trying to get DeSmuME to work and modified the script you posted on the wiki. Just some trial and error in autoit v3, resulted in a launch script that (based on a resolution of 1920x1080):
-Launches DeDmuME version 9.10
-Goes full screen
-Places the cursor at the scenter of the bottom DS screen
-Traps the mouse in the area of the bottom DS screen
Thanks for the example on the wiki (and advanced launcher of course ), and here is the modified script. Perhaps you can upload it to the wiki to help others (you probably wouldn't need my help to create it, but as a coding noob I had some trouble getting DeSmuMe to work at first, so I can image others would as well).
