hoping someone can shed a little light on this.
can PCSX-Reloaded be used with advanced launcher and windows 7?
i tried configuring it with the following arguments:
-nogui -cdfile "%rom%"

but when i try to launch a game it opens the pcsx reloaded user interface and i then have to browse to my rom folder and reselect my game from there.

any help would greatly be appreciated

I'm not sure to understand what you mean.... If you install advanced launcher... it will be automatically added into the add-on menu.

I mean that in the home screen using confluence skin, the penultimate item in the main menu is "programs". In the skin configuration I can add addon shortcuts to this menu. For some reason I can add the calendar addon there but not the adv launcher- my favorite addon!

I am not sure if it's something I can configure in this addon or some xbmc limitation I am not aware of.

It is a XBMC version related problem. Actual stable version of XBMC (10.1) is only able to add scripts (like Calendar) into XBMC sub-menus, not plugins (like Advanced Launcher). This problem is actually fixed into last GIT versions of XBMC.

You could try adding it to favorites first (and then see if it shows up in the list so you can add it to the shortcuts). Some skins just reference the favorites list for those shortcuts. I don't know if confluence works that way but you could give it a shot.

I already have it on the favorites. I am guessing that this has something to do with the fact that one of these addons is a script and the other is a plugin. I never really understood the difference but it fits.

I just read this on the other thread...

To fully use Advanced Launcher under Windows operating system, you will MUST activate the Use a fullscreen window rather than true fullscreen option into XBMC system settings.

If it still not working, you can try to use the video mode 25 instead of 26 : -s -v 25 "%rom%". Also be sure that XBMC, Windows desktop and ZSNES screen resolutions are the same... It will avoid to the screen to switch between different resolutions whent starting ZSNESW and may help.

Isn't this what the minimize option should correct? It seems to me that it is just not re maximizing the windows for me. Any clue on how i can fix this??

I'm not really "searching for", but if you have already translated all the strings.xml file into greek, it will be a pleasure for me to add it into the next release.
