XBMC does not allow me to browse the cd / dvd rom drives.....

I always get a "Path not found or invalid" error.
it auto sources the dvd/cd when inserted but does not allow browsing the drive at all...
i thought maybe it was just windows bug so i tried it on my linux box as wel and no dice there as well.

Why is this?

ok so if i manually add "D:\" as a source then the problem is solved, but auto-sourcing drives then duplicates the source... not really a problem but i like to keep things as clean as possible (i'd like to be able to remove the "Video Add-ons" sources too, as i have alternate ways of accessing those in almost every skin available for dharma, but it doesn't really create a problem other than a opinionated lack of cleanliness).
